Capital

  • The quantification of natural capital is carried out based on our Quantum Rating methodology. The value of the natural capital is calculated by projecting its income over a period of time between 30 to 50 years, as long as the ecosystem is completely healthy. The result after quantification will be the price per square meter of the assets studied.

    It is carried out by using different statistical and econometric methods developed by various authors combined with our Quantum Rating.

  • The quantification of environmental liabilities is carried out based on our Quantum Rating methodology. The value of the liability is calculated taking into account the contamination of the environment. Our technology allows the calculation of pollution by CO2, methane and other greenhouse gases.

  • The quantification of environmental assets is carried out based on our Quantum Rating methodology. The value of the asset is calculated taking into account its capacity to generate value for the environment. An example of assets are carbon sinks (forests) and blue carbon sinks (mangroves).

  • Natural forests and other ecosystems are an important carbon reserves and sinks. By using our methodology we will calculate the carbon sink of a region that you want to study. You need to calculate the carbon sink if you are the owner of a forest or a large area of ​​agricultural activity, if you have carbon credit projects or if you are an NGO that has environmental projects to protect.
